LOCATION: MILTON KEYNES, BUCKINGHAMSHIRE

TYPE: PERMANENT, FULL TIME

SECTOR: CONSTRUCTION/ENGINEERING

SALARY: £30,000 - £35,000 P.A.


My client, a well established household global name has appointed us to look for an experienced Data & Insights Specialist to join their Marketing Team. The role sits within their UK B2B divisions in Construction and Engineering.

This is a pivotal role in the team being responsible for the management and development of their CRM database, collaborating with the Marketing team and driving the functionality and creating the insight whilst ensuring compliance and effectiveness.

Duties will include:

  • Providing effective data management of CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring policies and permissions are accurately documented under latest GDPR regulations.

  • Develop reports and dashboards for use across the business

  • Drive collating reports to provide insight for data driven decisions

  • Manage the inbound leads and work with the sales team to ensure effective management of leads

  • Support the marketing team with data selections for multi-channel campaigns.

  • Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes

  • Produce reports and present findings to the wider business.

Skills required:

  • Full understanding of GDPR regulations and able to deliver rules and processes to database to ensure compliance across the business.

  • Experience in database management in a B2B environment.

  • Extensive experience with Salesforce CRM system.

  • Experience of using data and analytics to drive performance in digital marketing environment with a background in setting up marketing automation

  • Advances skills in Excel and MS Office.

  • Great organisational and time management skills.

  • A good communicator with a passion for data
