My client is an established industry leading travel business, they have a entry level opportunity for a highly data driven individual who wants to develop their career within Marketing Insights and analytics'. Full training will be offered and with a rapid chance to develop your skills. You will be working with cutting edge technology and an amazing team to mentor you.

They are a niche player owned and backed by a big corporate, they have a strong customer base who they continue to be highly engaged with. They are investing in a new website and customer platforms and will be in a strong market position for the future. This role is one of the most rare opportunities on the market at the moment, with the scope to become the marketing systems expert and provide customer and campaign analysis and insights.

What will you be doing ?

You will:

  • Be using high volume data sets to map and analyse existing customer journeys

  • Put in place processes that highlight when the metrics suggest exceptional circumstances are taking place,

  • Help give full marketing campaign analysis including customer profiling

  • Look for continuous way to improve personalised content to individual users at every touch point.

  • Learn to use a variety of tools such as Google Analytics, Infinity, Response IQ, Hitwise and Hotjar to build insight that can be relied upon to make sound marketing decisions.

Ideal Person

Whilst this is a training opportunity and an amazing chance for development there are some core skills required:

  • Graduate level or equivalent ideally in a statistic orientated course such as economics, data science or similar

  • Highly analytical and thirst to learn systems and databases.

  • Strong problem solver, highly numerate - advanced Excel as a minimum but experience in other data tools such as google analytics' would be bonus.

  • Some previous experience in a Marketing, data analytics' insights or systems customer journey optimization role - this can be from work placement or internship
