SALARY: £40,000 - £55,000 DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE (+15-20% BONUS)
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Brand Manager or a Brand Manager who is ready to to take a step up to join a successful global, B2C consumer nutrition provider.
Our client is a global FMCG with over 400 employees worldwide. This is a newly created role due to ongoing growth of their product portfolio. The successful Brand Manager/Senior Brand Manager will join as a member of the UK marketing and brand team with the objective of growing and innovating an established and popular B2C nutrition brand sold in leading retailers, supermarkets, and online channels.
You will join a fun and friendly UK team who are currently working remotely with regular video interaction and occasional office base near Gatwick Airport.
The Role
Execute objectives, strategies, and tactics to ensure growth performance across all channels
Strategically develop promotional and activation plans, NPD launches and communications
Analyse data, trends and market needs to develop marketing plans
Build and manage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Manage launch calendar
Assess customer attitudes to current product range/new products and deliver action plans
Work with the eCommerce team to optimise listing
Manage the relationship for your brand with media, creative and PR agencies
Work with UK sales team on support material, joint business plans and POS for high-street retail and online accounts
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in brand management ideally in consumer nutrition/health/wellness
Exposure to the full marketing mix
Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to senior management
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to multiple deadlines
Highly creative with ability to think outside the box
Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent English and strong presentation skills
Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
Experience managing external agencies (Media, Creative, PR for example)
Please note the salary on offer is dependant on experience and level:
Brand Manager - £40,000 - £45,000 p.a.
Senior Brand Manager - £50,000 - £55,000 p.a.
