TYPE: 6 month FTC, FULL TIME

SECTOR: TECHNOLOGY

SALARY: £40,000 - £50,000 P.A.


Do you have experience working in the B2B tech/software space in partner marketing/channel sales?

Would you like to become part of an exciting global team who are on a growth journey and looking for someone who can bring their experience to manage the partner lead nurturing team?

This is a newly created team and this role will lead the team to be pivotal in increasing the success of the leads through the funnel. The advertised salary is to be considered a guide only.

The Role

  • Manage and mentor a team of lead development executives to achieve monthly objectives

  • Coach, inspire and motivate the team to succeed in the partner lead development program

  • Work with the team to qualify the leads to drive through to the most appropriate channel

  • Manage the data via the CRM system to accurately report on activity

  • Manage end to end demand pipeline funnel for partner opportunities

  • Work with the global channel marketing teams on tactical planning

Skills/Experience Required

  • A results focused manager who will mentor a small team to deliver results

  • Demonstrable Experience Managing a Sales/telesales Function Would Be Preferred

  • Ability to coach and mentor a team both in person and remote

  • Demonstrable experience in CRM reporting (ideally Salesforce) and using Microsoft tools

  • Experience in partner relationship management platforms and marketing automation (ideally Hubspot)

  • Ability to utilise performance data and analytics to report and gain insight

This role is offered on a initial 6 month contract, however it has the potential to convert to a permanent role. A great opportunity to work with a FTSE company and gain further skills and experience within a matrix global environment.
