German language skills required
Salary negotiable circa £25,000 pa + benefits
Kent Office (some home working)
Responsibilities:
Sales order management support working with customers based in Germany, Account Managers, distribution centres, supply chain and quality teams.
Competing various forms and gaining proof of delivery on orders
Supporting the management and update of sales orders using the electronic database
Troubleshooting issues in the order processing cycle
Updating product pricing register
Authorising returns
Matching invoices and credit notes
Troubleshooting and investigating discrepancies
Skills & Experience Required:
German verbal and written skills to a high level.
Strong organisational and admin management skills and experience.
Previous experience managing sales orders and using a complex sales order database system.
Intermediate MS Excel and Word skills.
Updating databases, websites, and online analytical tools skills.
Experience in a similar role managing orders, returns, credits, order system discrepancies
Excellent communication skills with experience dealing directly with customers (Trade and Consumer) in German and English.
