LOCATION: KENT

TYPE: PERMANENT, FULL TIME

SECTOR: E-COMMERCE

SALARY: £25,000 P.A.


German language skills required

  • Salary negotiable circa £25,000 pa + benefits

  • Kent Office (some home working)

Responsibilities:

  • Sales order management support working with customers based in Germany, Account Managers, distribution centres, supply chain and quality teams.

  • Competing various forms and gaining proof of delivery on orders

  • Supporting the management and update of sales orders using the electronic database

  • Troubleshooting issues in the order processing cycle

  • Updating product pricing register

  • Authorising returns

  • Matching invoices and credit notes

  • Troubleshooting and investigating discrepancies

Skills & Experience Required:

  • German verbal and written skills to a high level.

  • Strong organisational and admin management skills and experience.

  • Previous experience managing sales orders and using a complex sales order database system.

  • Intermediate MS Excel and Word skills.

  • Updating databases, websites, and online analytical tools skills.

  • Experience in a similar role managing orders, returns, credits, order system discrepancies

  • Excellent communication skills with experience dealing directly with customers (Trade and Consumer) in German and English.
