We are a "high end" niche search (head-hunting) consultancy, sourcing candidates for our clients in the £50-150k+ salary bracket. We have a strong professional brand in a niche market, loyal client base, and an entrepreneurial culture with a real desire for quality driven recruitment success.

Location: Reigate - Town Centre. After short training period you will have the opportunity to blend remote and office based working.

Remuneration: Commensurate with experience, decent basic salary & bonuses to reward success.

This is a full-time permanent employee type role, but there can be some flexibility around actual working hours.


Associate Recruitment partner role responsibilities:

The Associate Recruitment Partner role is focused on delivering recruitment assignments, a candidate delivery position with the long-term goal of building your own portfolio of clients. You will be trained in the art of their structured recruitment processes enabling you to successfully find and place high quality candidates with clients. Executing all aspects of the recruitment cycle you’ll;

  • Build long term client and candidate relationships.

  • Confirm hiring requirements.

  • Research, source, qualify and present candidate short lists.

  • Manage the whole interview / hiring process to successful conclusion as 'your own project’.

  • Focusing on a building a defined vertical with technology sector that you will become a core expert in.

  • Identifying potential new targets and presenting Armstrong Lloyd to potential new clients

ideal Skills & experience for an associate recruitment partner :

  • Ideally at least 1+ years business experience following graduation but would consider new graduates.

  • Alternatively, B2B customer service or sales related experience would also be a good fit.

  • The role has a high degree of people interaction on the phone, Video Calls, in person and via email, so requires excellent communication skills and an articulate persuasive writing ability.

  • Inquisitive research skills, wanting to find information and solutions, have a diligent and methodical approach to work with strong attention to detail.

  • Display a natural professionalism with the ability to easily build rapport with people.

  • Culturally you’ll comfortable in a creative small company, self-directed and co-operative team environment that is focussed on results and client service.

  • Education, preferably a Batchelors degree or equivalent.
