We are a "high end" niche search (head-hunting) consultancy sourcing candidates for our clients in the £50-150k+ salary bracket. We have a strong professional brand in a niche market, loyal client base, and an entrepreneurial culture with a real desire for quality driven recruitment success.

We are a small team that punches about our weight; using cutting edge technology and support from one of the UK’s premier recruitment coaches, we have developed exponentially in the last two years and are looking to grow our team.

Location: After a short training period you can work 100% remotely, which is our preferred working model.

Remuneration: Commensurate with experience, excellent basic salary and uncapped commission structure rewards success.

This is a full-time permanent employee type role, but there can be some flexibility around actual working hours.

Senior Recruitment Partner role responsibilities:

This is a 360-recruitment role, covering both client and candidate relationship management including:

  • Business Development – there’s no cold calling at Armstrong Lloyd. You will target a focused audience and drive leads, supported by our sophisticated lead generation process.

  • Account Management – you will take the lead on your key client accounts, supporting and managing our loyal client base and owning the pathway to develop mid-level accounts to key account status.

  • Market mapping and supporting candidates – through a unique market mapping technique, we source candidates using a wide variety of methods, targeting both active and passive candidates.

  • In-depth interviewing and screening – an intensive training period will help you to become an expert in marketing in technology, aiding you in effectively screening our candidates against technical client briefs.

  • Management of the hiring process – you will project manage the full process, from brief to offer and onboarding, ensuring that our candidates and clients are provided with outstanding support every step of the way.

The ideal Senior Recruitment Partner will have:

  • Current/recent experience as a recruiter who is looking for flexibility in working style but still 100% committed to succeeding.

  • An understanding of marketing or software and technology would be an advantage but not essential.

  • Creativity to spot a lead and the commercial acumen to leverage the opportunity.

  • Have the desire and ability to work autonomously with the support of your team and mentor.

  • Passion and pride to deliver an outstanding service - we are not a traditional ‘cut-throat’ recruitment business. We care passionately about our candidates and clients and service delivery is at the top of our agenda – it will need to be at the top of yours.

  • The skills to nurture and develop existing relationships, as well the business acumen to identify and attract new clients.
