Our client, a US headquartered global SaaS organization is hiring a permanent CRM & Marketing Automation Manager for the UK.
You will be a member of the global marketing team driving customer conversion and increasing efficiencies in the customer journey.
YOUR responsibilities as a CRM & MARKETING AUTOMATION MANAGER will include:
Acting as an expert on our marketing automation platform and lifecycle marketing.
Working with product, content, sales, customer success, digital, and marketing teams to identify gaps in the customer journey to build effective campaigns going forward.
Working with marketing teams to define account based marketing strategies.
Identifying gaps in data, insights and experience driving improvements to campaigns and customer experience.
Overseeing and maintaining the email database.
Analysing campaign data and reporting insights to cross-functional teams.
the ideal CRM & MARKETING AUTOMATION MANAGER will HAVE:
Demonstrable experience in strategic marketing lifecycle optimization.
Understanding of multiple marketing disciplines including; digital marketing customer journey, SEM, CRM, data management, Google Analytics, Campaign Design, ABM, and lead conversion.
Marketo or similar system experience
Demonstrable experience in marketing automation systems and training others.
Strategy and project management skills.
A keen eye for identifying inefficiencies and a drive to make improvements.
Thrives in identifying gaps and solutions involving various projects and people.
You are technically savvy and enjoy deep diving into sales, customer, and marketing data, marketing automation systems, and CRM systems.
