TYPE: PERMANENT / FULL TIME
SALARY: £60,000 - £75,000 P.A. + BONUS + BENEFITS
An exciting opportunity to join a high-growth B2B SaaS data analytics platform currently growing the UK/Europe region.
You will work as a member of the global team (400 people) as part of the growing UK region (currently 45 employees) analysing digital marketing campaigns, CRM data, and metrics including paid media / digital advertising campaigns, display, social, display, and email.
YOUR responsibilities as a MARKETING ANALYST & INSIGHT MANAGER will include:
Work with marketing teams to deliver data reporting, analysis, dashboards, and track metrics such as conversion and velocity.
Work with digital marketing teams in analysing web, customer journey and demand generation optimization projects.
Work with the marketing automation team to identify the most effective campaigns, content and landing pages
Make and drive implementation of enhanced marketing data analysis and insight processes.
Create regular reports for senior marketing teams for actionable insights and decision making.
Deal with marketing data requests and provide general marketing analytics support to the marketing team.
the ideal MARKETING ANALYST & INSIGHT MANAGER will HAVE:
Minimum 3 years data analytics and insights reporting experience
Demonstrable digital marketing and digital advertising data analysis and insights reporting experience
Comfortable delivering strategic analytics support to marketing teams
Experience reporting on digital marketing performance indicators such as CPA, CPM, CTR & Conversion rates
Knowledge of marketing automation, the marketing funnel and MQLs
Google analytics and CRM (Salesforce)
SQL & dashboard reporting skills preferred
High level of attention to detail, creativity, and passion for driving improvements
