My client is offering remote working opportunity for a Customer Marketing Manager to develop the CRM function.

This a rare opportunity to work inhouse within a B2B2C marketing environment with some of the world's most prestigious brands, distributing their products and experiences direct to their customers. This newly created Customer Marketing Manager role brings a unique opportunity whereby you'll have the freedom and autonomy to make it your own and influence the future of the function.

The Customer Marketing Manager will focus on mapping out the customer journey, understanding pain points and using data to segment and make decisions. This stretches beyond CRM as you will assist in the digital / UX roadmap but increasingly you will influence the broader strategy impacting our digital services throughout Europe and beyond.

This is exciting development opportunity for someone with a CRM background looking continuously improve and develop.

The Customer Marketing Manager responsibilities will include:

  • Working with the wider marketing team, to build end to end customer journeys.

  • Using a variety of marketing communications channels such as Email, SMS, Direct Mail and Push notification

  • Responsibility for the communication programme drawing on resources from all over the group as required.

  • Relentlessly pursuing customer centricity and being the internal customer evangelist.

  • Use CRM and CX to influence the wider digital roadmap ensuring customer needs are at the heart of decision making.

  • Use analytics (amongst other data sources) to find trends and insights to drive business improvement.

  • Work to reduce our paper footprint and modernise our communications to being digital first.

  • Work closely with central design studios and developers to enhance the digital experience through user testing, research and UX recommendations.

  • Forge strong relationships with technology teams to unlock innovation and influence an agile culture of fail fast.

  • Challenge the norm while seeking solutions that create differentiation in the market

The ideal Customer Marketing Manager will have:

  • Demonstrable experience in CRM, email and data

  • Advanced user experience with Email Service Provider such as Adobe

  • Passion as well as experience of working data, analytics, and insight, especially in driving business change.

  • The desire to be part of a team that wants to Push the boundaries and challenge the norm.

  • Ideally experience of working within a regulated sector
