LOCATION: HAMPSHIRE
TYPE: PERMANENT / FULL TIME
SALARY: £70,000 - £80,000 P.A. + BENEFITS
This is an interesting and varied role within a B2C environment. Location is office based in Hampshire with an initial flexi arrangement reverting to full time office based in due course.
You will be managing a small team and executing effective end to end campaigns with a data-driven approach that drives business value and objectives.
You will be able to adapt quickly to changing market trends and quickly execute multiple projects, whilst being consistent with tone of voice and brand messaging.
Role Responsibilities
Help develop my client's growth strategy, execution and optimisation of all marketing initiatives
Plan, design and lead campaigns across all marketing channels including digital marketing, community, events, content, email marketing, offline marketing etc.
Design and develop user activation and engagement campaigns
Design, develop and manage strategy, planning & execution of brand campaigns for your market that drive customer value and enhance brand equity
Closely monitor, track and report analytics to ensure they align with our growth KPIs
Manage the appropriate budget for campaign outcomes
Skills & Experience Required
5 years demonstrable experience in a B2C customer centric marketing role
Extensive experience growing engagement in your market with cross-channel marketing campaigns that you designed, executed and evaluated
Demonstrable experience managing /mentoring a team
Excellent problem solving skills: you used data to build and constantly improve your marketing strategy
Creative brand management expertise: you have previously worked on building brands and engagement
