LOCATION: HOMEBASED / EPSOM
TYPE: 3 MONTH CONTRACT, FULL TIME
SALARY: £21,000 - £23,000 P.A.
Initial 3-month contract with a view to move to permanent contract based on performance
Home based for now - Office base in Epsom on average 2 days a week in the future once safe
£21,000 - £23,000 pa + bonus, benefits, development opportunities, and regular pay reviews

An exciting opportunity for a Marketing Assistant seeking an opportunity to work in a digitally focused position and develop their skills in a small, but dynamic, established, and ambitious team. You would be supported by a small Marketing and senior management team who will help you to develop and grow your skills in digital marketing.
Our client is a small team with global operations. They provide insights and information to members via direct marketing, website, email, and social media and they also represent their market at global events a few times a year.
PLEASE NOTE, although there is no travel currently, under normal circumstances, the team would travel to international events (This could be USA, Europe, Japan) twice a year. The successful candidate will be expected to join them on these events overseas once they are back up and running (all expenses paid).
Skills and experience desired:
Passion for marketing with a focus on digital (Social media, website, email, analytics)
Previous experience managing Social Media (Including use of Hootsuite or similar)
Ability to create copy for digital i.e. take an article and reduce/re-word for social media posts
Ability to create social media banners or digital creatives would be desirable
Demonstrable skills creating Excel creating spreadsheets and ideally use of charts / graphs
Analytical ability - must have ability to produce reports, ideally using Google Analytics
Previous experience updating a website / using a content management system an advantage
Events experience ideal and/or virtual / webinar events an advantage
Able to use own initiative and enjoys having the autonomy to make recommendations
Enjoys a small and ambitious culture
Flexible to work from home full-time with regular team interaction via video
Flexible to be based in the Epsom office 2 days a week in the future once safe
