My client has a great opportunity for a Partner Management Director EMEA to join their team. The role will lead all partners in Europe and play a critical role in the leadership of the business by utilising technology expertise, business acumen and market skills to build and manage a partner network to support their regional field teams.
This is a fantastic chance to work in an innovative global software company that are growing fast and own and develop the role.
The responsibilities of a Partner Management Director for EMEA will include:
Lead and be responsible for creating and executing a business plan for partner sales
Build a network with system integrators that support projects and brand awareness
Work across teams to agree actions with partners and to drive pipeline growth and retention
Work closely with marketing and sales on joint activities and strategies across Europe
Working with the partner network to build a pipeline, tracking and analysing and measuring results in order to generate new customers and business
Work with the corporate team to design and regionally deploy content such as sales tools and collateral (case studies, white papers, playbooks etc) to communicate value proposition
Work with partners to establish plans, motivate and optimize the sales process
Manage offline and online partner events and seminars
The ideal Partner Management Director for EMEA will have:
8 years plus demonstrable experience in fast growing subscription based B2B solution industry
Strong sales background in engineering, manufacturing and PLM market
Demonstrable experience in building and managing a partner network
Demonstrable experience in EMEA
Experience working across technical/product teams and sales/marketing teams
Strategic, creative and confident leadership skills
Highly data-driven mindset. Organised self starter
