SALARY: $120,000 - $150,000 P.A.


Exciting new role for a Partner Operations Manager focused on the Americas region for my global client. Preferred location Austin, US, however other locations will be considered.

This position will lead the partner operations, establish measurements, methods, and tools to enhance partner productivity, supporting strategic planning and tactical execution by region and partner.

the responsibilities as a PARTNER OPERATIONS MANAGER will include:

  • Oversee partner program operations for the entire Americas region and supporting local partner teams

  • Increase regions indirect sales revenue and enhance partner effectiveness through alignment with the global business planning process

  • Collaborate with partner sales team & global partner ops team to identify opportunities to improve pipeline, revenue, enhance tools and streamline processes.

  • Support implementation of PRM system and drive ongoing requirements

  • Working closely with all aspects of the business to gather product and partner insights as well as resolving any partner issues and escalations

  • Work with the regional partner team to implement channel-based incentives, enablement and marketing campaigns

the ideal PARTNER OPERATIONS MANAGER will HAVE:

  • Demonstrable 8 years of experience managing regional partner or channel programs

  • Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Extensive experience with Salesforce

  • Deep knowledge of channel/partner sales principles and practices as applied in a Technology/SaaS, B2B environment

  • Experience in leveraging analytics from large datasets to drive growth programs

  • Ability to develop tactical initiatives that improve sales productivity and performance

  • Significant experience in Technology/SaaS sales space
