SALARY: NEGOTIABLE UP TO £80,000 P.A.

As their first Product Marketing Manager, you will join a small dynamic team with global markets, high level of funding, and high growth success. You will act as the bridge between the product (SaaS technology) and the sales team working in partnership with marketing, sales, and product teams. You will own the Go to market plans and define the messaging and product positioning.

This is a rare opportunity to potentially scale the product marketing function for the long-term.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Developing the Go to Market and product positioning, messaging and communication plan for EMEA, focus on UK & Europe regions.

  • Become the product marketing expert for legal technology

  • Closely partnering with sales and developing a Sales enablement strategy producing insights, messages, objection handling and key go to market information.

  • Work with the marketing team to create content including demos, sales decks, presentations, white papers, videos, blog posts, data sheets, white papers and brochures.

  • Developing research plans to uncover customer insights, feed into the product roadmap, and stay on top of the competitive landscape.

  • Continuously and pro-actively communicate the product vision and roadmap both internally and externally

Skills and Experience desired:

  • Product Marketing experience within the legal and/or professional services industry or we will consider product marketing experience from a SaaS technology high growth organization

  • Messaging Expert - Experience of product messaging to non technical decision makers and making it simple!

  • Loves Data - Experience of using data to shape and develop the GTM strategy and activities. This includes customer, product, and competitor research.

  • Embrace the Sales Team - experience of working closely with sales, product and marketing in a collaborative and productive way.

  • Experience of working in a scaling organization with evolving products, pricing, and sales cycles

  • Desire to drive product marketing best practices as first in team PMM

Location:

Hybrid/ Remote working office offered. This role will initially be working from home. When we start returning to the offices in London, there will still be a lot of flexibility to work remotely from home while coming into the offices at least two or three days a week as required.
