the responsibilities as a PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER will include:
Communicate the value, benefits, and features of industry specific (CAPEX Project Software) to external markets and internally.
Working cross-functionally with global team members in Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Sales to deliver product launches, updates, product collateral, marketing campaign content, and sales enablement materials.
Work with internal content team and external copy agencies to create downloadable and compelling industry specific content.
Together with the product team, educate both internal and external stakeholders about your portfolio and its benefits.
Working with the content studio and demand generation teams to create short-form content such as product videos, website copy, blog posts, etc.
Understanding and educating on keywords and SEO relevant to the industry
the ideal PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER will HAVE:
Minimum degree level education preferred - technical, engineering, or marketing related field preferred
Experience acting as the bridge between the product and our market by owning and defining the messaging and positioning and working closely with internal teams to drive awareness and adoption.
Deep understanding of our customers and how our products and solutions work globally and help shape our go-to-market efforts.
Ability to work closely with product and marketing teams to brief them with the user insights, value propositions and messaging to successfully execute go- to-market campaigns.
Ability to continuously and proactively communicate the product vision and roadmap for your product area, both internally and externally, to reinforce our leadership position in the market.
Experience in a relevant technical field, digital marketing, product marketing, and/or product management is an advantage.
Ability to collate product information from various internal stakeholders and drive the creation of relevant content for multiple channels (Web, Brochures, Events, Social etc).
Excellent presentation skills - you enjoy collaborating with a variety of internal stakeholders in a matrix environment
Experience in industrial engineering an advantage - process plant sector for example including power, chemicals, oil & gas/energy, renewables, or marine preferred but not a requirement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Enjoyment in working with UK and global stakeholders. Occasional overseas travel for key internal and external events will be offered in the future.
