Our client, an established B2B Tech Marketing Agency with a dedicated in-house digital studio, is seeking to hire two Digital Designers to join a rapidly growing team and play a key role in shaping high-profile work for internationally recognised technology-driven organisations.

The hiring team is open to reviewing designers with at least 4 years of experience to join as a Digital Designer or Senior Digital Designer, depending on the level of experience.

This is an opportunity for designers who combine bold creative thinking with meticulous attention to detail. You’ll be crafting sophisticated digital ecosystems for some of the world’s largest technology companies, from campaign launches to scalable platform experiences, ensuring every touchpoint is purposeful, polished, and performance aware.

what you’ll be doing:

  • Managing end-to-end digital design across multi-market client programmes

  • Transforming intricate product narratives into intuitive, engaging digital experiences

  • Creating high-calibre work across websites, campaign hubs, digital platforms, and content systems

  • Partnering closely with strategy, UX, technology, and client services teams to shape integrated solutions

  • Developing and refining robust design systems and scalable frameworks

  • Ensuring visual consistency and quality across large-volume outputs

  • Presenting concepts and rationale clearly to senior client stakeholders

  • Balancing creative ambition with accessibility, usability, and performance requirements

  • Supporting new business initiatives and contributing to pitch-stage thinking

  • Coaching and inspiring junior team members to elevate overall creative standards

Experience & Skills

Desirable, not essential

  • Exposure to SaaS, enterprise platforms, or global technology clients

  • Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles

  • Experience with motion design, interaction design, or prototyping

  • Familiarity with structured design-to-development workflows

  • Awareness of performance-led or data-informed design approaches
