Our client is an established B2B Tech Marketing Agency with a dedicated in-house digital studio, delivering high-impact marketing programmes including campaigns, creatives, and events for world-leading technology brands.
They’re growing and looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager who can confidently own delivery across complex, multi-stream marketing initiatives.
This is a pivotal, client-facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys bringing order to moving parts, thrives in an agency environment, and understands the commercial realities behind successful delivery.
the opportunity
You’ll sit at the centre of programme delivery working across strategy, creative, campaign activation and events, ensuring projects move forward at pace and with clarity.
Rather than simply “managing tasks”, you’ll be responsible for driving momentum. That means aligning internal teams, keeping clients informed and confident, maintaining commercial control, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
The agency operates remotely, so you’ll need to be naturally organised, proactive in communication, and comfortable taking ownership without heavy oversight.
what you’ll be doing:
Owning delivery across multiple client marketing and event programmes at any one time
Translating high-level marketing strategies into clear delivery roadmaps
Coordinating internal specialists across creative, content and campaign teams
Acting as the operational lead in client conversations
Managing timelines, budgets and resource allocation with commercial discipline
Spotting risks early and resolving issues before they escalate
Maintaining strong scope control while nurturing positive client relationships
Improving processes and ways of working as the agency continues to scale
This role will suit someone who:
Has solid project management experience within a marketing, agency or tech-led environment
Is confident managing multi-workstream programmes with several stakeholders
Understands budgeting, forecasting and margin protection
Proficiency with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday, or MS Project
Has ideally worked with B2B or technology-focused clients
Comfortable leading client calls and pushing back when required
Can juggle priorities without compromising quality
Experience within partner/channel marketing or event-led campaigns would be a strong advantage
Formal PM qualification such as AgilePM, PRINCE2, PMP, or Scrum Master.
