Requirements of a Head of Business Development:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or relevant field. Advanced degree such as MBA is advantageous. 
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in partnership development, strategic alliances, or business expansion roles, including people management positions.
