REQUIREMENTS OF A marketing operations manager:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience in marketing operations, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, focusing on campaign management, lead generation, and digital marketing.

  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis, reporting, and using data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
