  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance, customer behaviour, and other relevant metrics. Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.

  • Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets for performance marketing initiatives. Monitor spending, evaluate cost-effectiveness, and make recommendations for budget allocation.

  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor strategies. Conduct research and analysis to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, creative, and analytics, to align strategies, share insights, and drive collaboration.

REQUIREMENTS OF A performance marketing manager:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or in a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, display advertising, affiliate marketing, etc.

  • Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and marketing automation platforms.

  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.

  • Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics, such as cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), conversion rates, etc.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and priorities.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
