You will learn how to build long term client and candidate relationships, confirm hiring requirements, research, source, qualify and present candidate short lists, and manage the whole interview / hiring process to successful conclusion as ‘your own project’. You’ll even have access and be able to use a Virtual Assistant to undertake some of the more administrative parts of your role in order to help ‘your desk’ quickly become very efficient.
