This is an exciting opportunity for a bright, driven and commercially focused individual to join our team and help us to enhance existing contracts and win more business to deliver more impact. You will have a passion for bids, contracts, and creating value for clients. You will have strong communication skills, the ability to influence others and be excellent at coordinating multiple projects.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring multi-million pound bids are completed on time to the highest standard.

  • Responsible for developing and writing winning SSQ and Tender proposals.

  • Maintain strong links with business development to share good practice.

  • Manage the social value advice when responding to bid clarification questions.

  • Ensure that all bids comply with corporate governance requirements.

  • Support the creation of sales materials.

  • Maintain a database for all past, current and future bids.

  • Reviewing and improving bid management and associated processes.

  • Supporting the growth of the future business by fulfilling the actions set as part of the wider business development strategy.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work under own initiative and make decisions for the benefit of the company.

  • Experience in Bid Writing & Bid Management.

  • High level presentation skills.

  • Highly motivated by personal achievement.

  • Demonstrates personal value to clients.

  • Experience of managing or writing bids ideally in the NHS, CCG, or public sector client base.

  • Excellent report and bid writing skills and a confident and articulate communicator.

  • Excellent organisational skills.

  • Commercially aware with an attention to detail.

  • Effective time management, ability to prioritise and able to work under pressure.

  • Ability to demonstrate a flexible approach to work.

Location:

Remote - travel to office occasionally (London or Milton Keynes)
