SALARY: c.£45,000 P.A. + BENEFITS
Our client is an industry leading UK holiday and leisure brand offering customers a range of services. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established team due to ongoing growth of the UK holiday sector in a permanent Business Development Manager position.
YOUR responsibilities as a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER will include:
- Supporting the ongoing development of B2B relationships with sponsors and partners which will promote their holiday sites such as activity providers (Go Ape etc), local businesses, and relevant events. 
- Supporting growth of existing event schedule and partnerships 
- Identifying new event and event sponsorship opportunities within their industry (Leisure & hospitality). 
- Maintaining and grow supplier relationships. 
- Working to approved expenditure, produce budget reports detailing spend, and submit business cases for any additional spend required. 
- Working cross-functionally with the marketing, communications, sales, customer, and finance teams. 
the ideal BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER will HAVE:
- Experience working in the travel, hospitality, leisure, UK holiday, UK activities, or automotive industry would be ideal though not essential. 
- Demonstrable experience growing relationships with new partners, sponsorships, event and awards. 
- Annual budget planning and revenue reporting. 
- Understanding of contract management and able to contribute to new contracts. 
- Self-driven and motivated, you enjoy driving your own success and working as a member of family-feel team. 
- Flexible to travel within the UK to partners, sponsors etc as required and spend on average 2 days a week at the West Sussex based office for team meets etc.
