We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced insight and market research specialist to join my clients Marketing and Communications team. This is a newly created role that can be owned and developed within a company that values its employees, offers flexible working and is a household brand name within the services industry.
the responsibilities as an Insight and research specialist will include:
Management and reporting/presentation of existing research programmes and projects
Design and implementation of new studies as future insight requirements are identified
Taking full 'start to finish' responsibility for research projects e.g. defining objectives, determining the methodology and sampling approach, evaluating proposals and producing succinct reports.
Liaising with a wide range of internal teams and external research agencies
Working in both business-to-business and consumer markets
the ideal Insight and research specialist will have:
Agency or client side experience preferably within a services sector such as financial services
Demonstrable experience within both B2B and consumer research running projects end to end
Ability to prioritise work and projects to deadlines
Ability to create engaging questionnaires and topic guides
Demonstrable experience with Excel and ability to analyse data and report/present findings
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Understanding of GDPR and code of conduct of Market Research Society
