TYPE: PERMANENT / FULL TIME

SALARY: £45,000 - £62,000 P.A.


My client is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to develop, scale, and manage their demand generation activities for their fast-growing Health-tech business.

This an amazing company who are revolutionising their marketplace and have doubled in size in the past 6 months. The Growth Marketing Manager will be given freedom to try out new ideas and initiatives that will drive company growth

YOUR responsibilities as a GROWTH MARKETING MANAGER will include:

  • Driving Growth - lead generation activities from both organic and paid

  • Performance marketing - develop and implement strategy across variety of channels including Affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital channels

  • Testing & optimising - nurture campaigns to effectively move leads through the funnel., and use A/B testing and report ROI

  • Maximizing Content - Write, test, and optimise landing page, website content and email copy for outbound campaigns.

  • Project Management - navigating through a wide range of changing situations, whilst juggling multiple key priorities.

  • Creative thinking - you think outside the box and challenge the status quo. You will contribute and run with ideas to help achieve the company's key objectives

  • Leading with Data - Make data-driven decisions to achieve ROI.

  • Collaborating - work with sales team to drive performance of lead generation by understanding the whole sales process from lead to sales conversion.

  • Customer focus - understanding customer needs being able to craft messaging that reflects this.

the ideal GROWTH MARKETING MANAGER will HAVE:

  • Demonstrable experience in growth or demand generation marketing

  • Experience within a High Growth Tech/SaaS Scale-up is a big plus

  • Ideally, passionate about and have good knowledge of the NHS, Healthcare or HealthTech industry

  • Experience of using Hubspot or similar automation tools

  • Hands-on experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies (Affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital channels)

Location: Central London with a flexible Hybrid remote model - aiming for 2 days per week in the office but there is flexibility on this.
