TYPE: PERMANENT, FULL TIME
SALARY: £20,000 - £25,000 P.A.
An exciting opportunity for a Marketing Graduate to join a global producer of healthcare, nutrition, and beauty products sold to consumers in retail, supermarkets, and online marketplaces.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of marketing work experience, either direct work experience or via a graduate scheme or internship. This is a fairly small team therefore you will enjoy a collaborative and supportive work environment where training and development opportunities will be provided.
A multifaceted marketing role, you will work across multiple brands supporting on digital marketing (Social & Web) and direct marketing activities.
Role Responsibilities:
Support the creation of marketing copy working with the in-house marketing managers
Support the creation of digital creatives working with the inhouse graphic and creative team
Support the management and monitoring of social media channels.
Support the Brand Marketing team to create marketing materials, reports, and presentations.
Input and update product performance data using online retail reporting system.
Copywriting for brand websites, blogs, social media, Amazon listings, and press releases.
Work with external PR agencies and journalists to build brand awareness.
Assist with the management of TV commercials.
Support operational teams to trial and deliver new products to market.
Support the management of relationships with bloggers and influencers.
Researching consumer nutrition, healthcare and beauty markets and competitor data insight gathering.
Support with merchandising materials and general adhoc admin duties.
Skills & Experience:
Marketing, Business, English or relevant degree/qualification preferred - not essential
At least 1 year work experience in marketing or digital marketing
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Fluent English written and verbal skills
Strong copywriting skills for multiple platforms and channels
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with regular video interaction and office based once safe
Able to use own initiative at times and work to a brief with a good level of autonomy
Ability to analyse data and create reports and presentations
Enjoys building relationships with influencers and external agencies
Keen to work in a collaborative team with combined home and Crawley office based work
Ideally seeking a career path in brand management or digital marketing
Keen to work with health, nutrition, and/or beauty consumer products
Previous experience managing social media, influencers, and/or bloggers
