SALARY: £38,000 - £42,000 P.A.


Our client is a global, scaling SaaS company established for 10 years. They offer insightful cloud-based technologies to organisations seeking to better understand their customers and improve customer experience.

Due to ongoing growth, we are now hiring a permanent Marketing Campaign Manager to join a marketing team of 10. You will have the support from a Marketing Campaign Executive whom you will directly manage.

We offer a friendly, collaborative, and open environment where you will have a voice in contributing ideas for enhanced processes and driving your own success with support from your team and senior managers in the business. The Marketing Campaign Manager position can be remote with occasional meetings at either office (South & North based offices).

As a Marketing Campaign Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Plan, strategize, build, schedule, and deliver end to end marketing campaigns using Hubspot

  • Delegate work to the Marketing Campaign Executive and effectively plan for both strategy and executional tasks

  • Work with sales, customer success and product teams to drive marketing qualified leads MQLs

  • Work with content, brand, and creative marketing team members in collating all the relevant info and assets needed to deliver outstanding marketing campaigns

  • Create and optimize landing pages

  • Develop lead nurturing plans

  • Manage regular campaign analysis and reporting on ROI

  • Assist with content, product, communications, and ABM marketing teams

The ideal Marketing Campaign Manager will have:

  • Demonstrable digital marketing campaign management experience

  • Work experience in SaaS, technology, or events sectors ideal but not essential

  • Experience creating and delivering campaigns in Hubspot or similar system

  • Experience segmenting and managing data using Salesforce CRM or similar system

  • Ability to directly manage a Campaign Executive

  • Enjoyment in a broad Campaign Manager role working in a small team and pitching in with content, communications, ABM, product marketing, events and digital marketing tasks.

  • Confidence in presenting and reporting data and information.

  • Fluent English written and verbal
