  • Social media management: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engage with the target audience, and drive traffic to the company website. Manage social media accounts, create and schedule posts, monitor social media analytics, and engage with followers and customers.

  • Email marketing: Develop strategies and manage email campaigns to nurture leads, drive conversions, and increase customer retention. Create segmented email lists, develop compelling email content, and optimize email performance through A/B testing and analysis.

  • Performance tracking and reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of digital marketing campaigns. Generate regular reports on campaign performance, website analytics, and other relevant data. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve future campaigns.

  • Stay updated on industry trends: Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Continuously evaluate and propose innovative digital marketing strategies and tactics to drive better results and stay ahead of the competition.

REQUIREMENTS OF A digital marketing manager:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Proven work experience as a digital marketing manager or in a similar role.

• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques, platforms, and tools.

• Proficient in using digital marketing analytics and reporting tools.

• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, and other relevant digital marketing channels.

• Familiarity with web design principles and user experience (UX) optimization.
