  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop impactful marketing campaigns and assets, including online and offline advertising, email marketing, social media content, and trade show materials.

  • Work closely with the sales team to develop sales enablement tools and resources, including product training materials, competitive analysis, and customer-facing presentations.

  • Monitor and analyze market and competitive trends, and provide insights and recommendations to inform product and marketing strategies.

  • Partner with the demand generation team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns that generate leads and support sales objectives.

  • Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns and provide regular reports and analysis to management.

REQUIREMENTS OF A senior product marketing manager:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in product marketing, preferably in the technology industry.

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, including market research, product positioning, messaging, and campaign development.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive marketing content.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies and campaigns.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with experience in market analysis and competitive research.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and creativity.

  • Experience in managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, marketing automation software, and web analytics tools.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
