Marketing Tech to Airlines

 

I had the great pleasure of chatting to Head of Marketing at Amadeus, Barbara Moreno the other day about the challenges she has overcome in delivering a technology service offering to one of the sectors hardest hit by COVID and global lockdowns: the airline and travel industry.

It was fascinating to hear how COVID has impacted the speed with which the industry has adopted new technologies, and also how, by zoning in on their customer’s needs, Barbara and her marketing team have managed to support the airlines in what has been the most challenging situation they have ever had to deal with.
